Welcome to the WEAREGOODANDCO.COM website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders are shipped using Australia Post Eparcel. This is a registered post service whereby you can track your order easily and in a timely manner.

Delivery within 5 working days for Australian orders, and 5-15 working days for International orders, (for in-stock items only). Please allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Good&Co will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or delivery address is requested by you.

ENQUIRIES
Our e-boutique administrator is available between 9:30 and 5:30 P.M.AEST. Please email sales@wearegoodandco.com or call +61 410 264 932 for enquiries relating to Good&Co online.

PAYMENT
We offer safe online shopping with using your credit card or paypal account. We are also able to accept direct deposit for Australian customers. Fire us an email if this works best for you, and we'll send you an invoice with our bank details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items if the goods are in a saleable condition, with original packaging and tags still intact. Goods must not have been worn, damaged or washed, and should be returned within 14 working days of purchase date with original invoice or payment confirmation. Items can only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same style (subject to availability). We will provide you with a refund at our discretion for any items that are faulty, or different to the goods that you ordered. Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Sorry we can not refund original or return shipping charges.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please send us an email to sales@wearegoodandco.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to cancel or change your order as per your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, but can be exchanged.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
Email: sales@wearegoodandco.com to advise of return or exchange. We will access the situation and advise of process.

PRIVACY POLICY
Don't worry, your personal info is safe with us! We do not sell or rent your info to any of those annoying spam people. We hate them as much as you do.
